How can I book an appointment?

Click on the book online option!
Select a date range and our online booking system will give you a live update of what we have available.
The steps for securing an appointment
Once we have received your appointment "request"...
1) You will receive a deposit link email to secure your appointment (Remember to read our cancellation policy)
2) Once we have received your deposit we will send you an appointment confirmation email
3) Once everything has been confirmed, we will text you to remind you of your appointment
How much is the security deposit?
£30 Deposit in order for an appointment to be confirmed. This will be taken via our PayPal link that will be given to you when booking an appointment.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Once you arrive at our salon, check yourself in at our front desk and a member of our team will take you to your stylist’s station.
It is important that your stylist understands your hair and
your desired hair journey. So you will have a complimentary consultation prior to your service.
The health of your hair is our number one priority so please be sure to ensure that you have read the precautions below to prevent your appointment from being rescheduled:
• We cannot carry out a weave/braids on hair if it has been relaxed less than 2 weeks prior to the service
• We cannot carry out a relaxer service, if a weave/braids have recently been removed
• A colour patch test is needed at least 48 hours prior to any colour service
If you have any health related conditions or concerns please discuss this with your stylist during your consultation.
We accept cash and all major credit cards/debit cards

Be sure to check out our bar menu – you will be treated to complimentary drinks throughout your visit.
We also have iPads available for our clients to use during their visit please let a member of our team know and they will be happy to provide one for you – subject to availability.

Our stylists will advise you on what products you need to maintain your hair in-between visits. We pride ourselves in only recommending hair products that you actually need.
