We request the courtesy of a 48-hour cancellation notice for all services (within reason) otherwise we reserve the right to retain the full deposit fee.
Clients are asked if possible to arrive 15 minutes before their appointment is due. If a client fails to arrive on time for their appointment, they may not receive all scheduled services due to the pre-booked allotted time. Any client arriving more than 15 minutes late for their appointment may need to be rescheduled for another date/time and their £30 deposit will forfeited.
We aim to please all of our clients. Therefore, in any event that you are unsatisfied with the services provided, please inform one of our stylists or request to speak to the manager before leaving. Due to the nature of our business we will try to work with you and gladly resolve any problems within a reasonable time. However, we do not issue any cash refunds on our services or products.
